Mochi Waffle mix. Just add milk, oil and an egg, mix it, and then scoop it into balls. it's like a really soft cookie dough. Roll it around in sugar, then press it in the waffle iron. The result: butter mochi meets waffle The sugar on the outside caramelizes into a crisp, sweet exterior, and the inside is soft and gooey.

Mochi Pancake great for breakfast or as a dessert. Top with fresh fruit, azuki beans, syrup or jam! Just add milk, vegetable oil, and one large egg, mix and cook for about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown. Gluten Free!
